Christen Mason has over 13 years experience working in case management with individuals with disabilities. She started out her career volunteering at an international boarding school as well a variety of institutional facilities for individuals with disabilities in India. She also spent 6 weeks in Kabul, Afghanistan, where she assisted her host family with volunteering at the local eye hospital. In her current role at Denver Options, Inc. she is the Program Manager for both the State of Colorado Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund Program and Operation TBI Freedom. In addition to her role at Denver Options, Inc., Christen also sits on the TBI Model Systems Board at Craig Hospital; Colorado State TBI Advisory Board to the HRSA grants; Colorado’s Brain Injury Collaborative; Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Veterans Administrations initiative; and is the Denver Colorado Information, Resource Coordination, Linkage & Education (CIRCLE) group leader. She is also AACBIS certified.
