Donya Blair is a veteran of the United States Army, where she spent four years working at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) at Fort Bragg, NC, as a mental health specialist. During her time at WAMC she specialized in individual and group therapy for active duty military soldiers. Her education consists of a Bachelor of Science from West Chester University, West Chester, PA, a Mental Health Specialist Certification from the AMEDD School of Medicine at Fort Sam Houston, TX, a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family from the University of The Rockies, Colorado Springs,CO and a Brain Injury Specialist Certification through the Academy for Certified Brain Injury Specialists. Donya is currently a third year Doctoral student completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology at the University of the Rockies. She has extensive experience working with military soldiers, veterans, couples and families.
Currently, Donya is a military support specialist for Operation TBI Freedom (OTF). Having been affiliated with the military since 1978, being part of the OTF program is something that is close to her heart. As once being a military child dependent and an active duty soldier herself, Donya has experienced the wide spectrum of sacrifice and courage it takes to serve our great nation and is now honored to have the opportunity to serve our returning soldiers. Donya is located in Colorado Springs.
