How do I qualify for services?
  • Be a Colorado resident or stationed within the state of Colorado
  • Have a traumatic brain injury
  • You must have served in the Global War on Terror (GWOT) sometimes between 2001-present
How long will I have services?
  • Your services last 2 years.
What happens when my services are over?
  • Your Care Coordinator will develop a transition plan for you that will help ensure your long-term success.
  • We will connect you with community resources for continued support.
  • You are eligible for ongoing education and training through Denver Options’ training division, CTAT Training.
