How do I qualify for services?
Be a Colorado resident or stationed within the state of Colorado
Have a traumatic brain injury
You must have served in the Global War on Terror (GWOT) sometimes between 2001-present
How long will I have services?
Your services last 2 years.
What happens when my services are over?
Your Care Coordinator will develop a transition plan for you that will help ensure your long-term success.
We will connect you with community resources for continued support.
You are eligible for ongoing education and training through Denver Options’ training division,
CTAT Training

What will my Care Coordinator do?
Our Care Coordinators listen to the specific needs of each individual and help them link to services and funding resources.
